Wire Transfers

We will provide the customer with all the bank information to conduct the transaction. All United States wire transfers are usually cleared within a few hours. Once we receive your full wire transfer, your purchase will be shipped the next UPS shipping day following the order fulfillment.

Shri Vardhaman Jewelers does not accept international credit cards. This includes any credit cards issued outside of the United States or cards with an international billing address.

Check or Money Order

Shri Vardhaman Jewelers is happy to accept payment by personal check, bank check, and money order. Personal checks take approximately 7 - 10 business days to clear our bank. Money orders will also have a waiting period of approximately 5 days to clear our bank. As soon as the check or money order has been cleared, your order will be mailed out at the next UPS scheduled pick up.

Taxes

Sales tax of 7.825% will only apply to residents in the state of Missouri.

Our Shipping Policy

Shri Vardhaman is proud to offer free shipping on all US orders!

All orders over $2000.00 will be shipped overnight via UPS within the United States. All orders $1000.00 up to $1999.00 will be shipped via UPS 2nd day. All orders under $1000.00 will be shipped free through USPS registered mail. For USPS shipped orders, the customer may opt to have their ordered shipped via UPS overnight for a shipping fee of $35.00, or have UPS 2nd day upgraded to Overnight for $15.00.

All UPS packages are doubled boxed and insured for your protection at no additional charge. Your tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience. An adult signature is required upon arrival. Please do not have a signature release form on file with UPS/USPS or FedEx.

 

Our Return Policy/Exchange Policy

If for any reason you do not like the item you have bought, you may return it for an even exchange or a store credit, within ten business days, we will ship you the new item as soon as we receive the one you have shipped back to us. We will charge the difference if any, to the same account used originally. Please send the items for exchange with a note, describing the item code of the item you want in exchange, your address, phone number and email address. You may use any carrier, you prefer, to send the Jewelry back to us, please maintain all details of your shipment. The address to return the jewelry back to us is the same that is on the invoice you receive, or you may access at Shri Vardhamanjewelers.com.  If you are undecided about what you want to exchange it with, you may  request us, in a note to  maintain a  store credit in your account, and just send us an email or call us, with your order number, when you place the order in the future, so we can adjust the store credit against that order.

Please note , Store credits will be maintained in your accounts for a maximum of 90 days (three months) if the store credit is not used within 90 days, we will deduct the restocking charge of  15% and credit the balance back to your credit card accounts.

Please note, we require the customers to pay for the return shipping, when they demand an exchange, within the specified time limit. 

Sorry, we cannot issue full refunds on your credit card accounts, without charging a 15% restocking fee. If you require a refund on your credit card, we will issue it after deducting the restocking fee and the shipping charges. If you wish to know the reasons, why we do this, please read further, the reasons are given below.

Reasons for why we cannot issue a refund on your credit cards:  

When we charge your cards and ship you the jewelry, we are charged a commission by the credit card processors, if we give you a credit on your cards we are again charged a commission, plus the handling and restocking the products back to inventory, all amount to about 15% extra expense which is also called a restocking fee. We do not want our customers to pay a restocking fee, and at the same time do not wish to absorb the loss of 15% without making a sale, we could compensate for the losses by increasing our sale prices, but we do not wish to put the burden for paying higher prices on all our customers as most of our customers, only require an exchange, so we offer an even exchange or store credit for which, there is no extra charge, accept for the shipping charge. Please note that due to health concerns, Nose pins are the only items for which we do not allow exchanges or refunds.

What if I insist that I just want a complete refund for my purchase?

We will gladly issue a refund on your credit card account, for the original purchase amount minus the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.  Just ship the items back to us, in the original packaging with the original invoice and a note, saying that you understand that, there is a restocking charge, and you wish to get a refund on your credit card.
